（2） The Personal Data Notification Statement in English and Chinese, if in doubt, shall be interpreted based on the content of the Chinese version as the primary reference.
（3） By submitting personal data on the business execution page, it signifies that the individual has fully read and understood the content of this consent form and agrees to the above matters.
